1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 3PackTakeover ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

3PackTakeover is a WordPress plugin service that provides:

• City-specific page generation and optimization
• AI-powered content creation and SEO optimization
• Bulk page creation tools
• Schema markup generation
• Service page to city page conversion

3. Subscription and Payment

Take Over Plan: $24.95/month subscription is required for access to all features. This includes:

• 10 pages included for testing purposes
• 1 site license included
• Access to all core features

Additional Costs: Extra site licenses cost $10 per site. Credit plans are available for additional pages at $99-$3,354 for 44-2000 pages.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing their own Perplexity API key for AI content generation
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Using the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempting to reverse engineer or modify the service

5. License and Usage

Site licenses are non-transferable. Once connected to a site, the license cannot be deleted or transferred. Each site requires a separate license.

Credits never expire and can be used across any connected sites for both Service Page Builder (SPB) and City Service Pages (CSP) features.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 3PackTakeover, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Affiliate Program

Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a commission of 25% of subscription revenue for every person they refer who signs up using their unique affiliate link. This commission rate applies to all successful referrals made through your affiliate link.

Active Subscription Requirement: To participate in our affiliate program and receive commission payments, you must maintain an active, paid subscription to the 3PackTakeover service. Commission payments will only be processed and paid to affiliates who have an active subscription at the time of payment processing.

If your subscription becomes inactive, expires, or is cancelled for any reason, you will not be eligible to receive commission payments, regardless of when the referrals were made. Commission payments will resume automatically once you reactivate your subscription and it becomes active again.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change the affiliate program terms, commission rates, payment schedules, and eligibility requirements at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to all active affiliates with reasonable notice prior to implementation.
